Acceptable Use

Draft for attorney review. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Violations can lead to content removal, account suspension or termination, and, where required, reports to law enforcement. We may update the list of prohibited uses at any time.

Identity & consent

  • Upload only your own face. Do not upload, or create a twin from, photos of anyone else.
  • No impersonating real people, including celebrities and public figures, or creating a likeness of a real person without their explicit consent.
  • You must pass identity verification; circumventing or faking verification is prohibited.
  • Use a likeness only within the scope of a valid license or your own dashboard permissions.

No minors

No content that depicts, or appears to depict, anyone under 18 — including AI-generated, virtual, or stylized depictions, regardless of context. Any sexual or exploitative depiction of a minor is CSAM; it is blocked, the account is terminated, data is preserved, and it is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

No nudity or sexual content

Amaze is strictly clothed and safe-for-work. No nude, partially-nude, topless, see-through, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, and no prompts intended to produce it. Subjects must be clothed and shown in a non-sexualized way.

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

  • No illegal content or activity, fraud, scams, identity theft, or elder abuse.
  • No hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory content targeting people or groups.
  • No content that promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism, or that risks serious harm.
  • No advertising of age-restricted or regulated goods (e.g. alcohol, tobacco, firearms, drugs, gambling) without all required rights and disclosures.

No deception or misinformation

  • No content designed to mislead about who is speaking or to falsely imply a real person endorses a product, view, or candidate.
  • No election or political campaign content, “deepfake” news, or disinformation campaigns without all legally required consents and disclosures.
  • Do not remove, alter, or hide AI content credentials, provenance, or watermarks.
  • Disclose AI generation wherever applicable law requires it.

Sensitive & restricted uses

Some uses require explicit, documented consent from the depicted person and may require our prior approval — for example, endorsements/testimonials, political or advocacy messaging, health or financial claims, and other sensitive or polarizing topics. Do not use a talent likeness in these ways without that consent and the proper license scope.

Restricted categories (brands)

A talent likeness may not be used in the following categories without the depicted person’s explicit, documented consent, and Amaze may refuse or remove any of them at its discretion:
  • Adult, sexual, or dating-for-sex services
  • Tobacco, vaping, cannabis, recreational drugs, or alcohol
  • Firearms, weapons, or explosives
  • Gambling, betting, or lotteries
  • Political campaigns, candidates, ballot measures, or election content
  • Pharmaceuticals or health, medical, or treatment claims
  • Financial, crypto, “get-rich,” or MLM schemes and other high-risk offers
  • Hateful, extremist, defamatory, or harassing content
  • Anything implying the person personally endorses, uses, or holds a view about the product or cause

AI disclosure & endorsements (brands)

Generated assets are AI-generated synthetic media. You must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and applicable advertising and synthetic-media laws — including disclosing that content is AI-generated and that any “endorsement” is simulated where omitting it would mislead a reasonable consumer. The FTC’s rules apply to AI personas just as they do to human endorsers. You may not create deceptive election or political deepfakes, and any permitted political use must carry all legally required disclaimers.

Intellectual property

Do not upload, or generate, content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights (for example, branded logos or characters you do not have rights to), and do not use Amaze outputs to create NFTs, patents, or trademarks from house models.

Platform integrity

  • No scraping, bulk downloading, or using our content or outputs to train other AI models.
  • No reverse-engineering, probing, or circumventing security, rate limits, or moderation.
  • No malware, spam, or unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • No reselling, sublicensing, or building a competing service from the platform; no abusing referrals or promotions.

Enforcement & reporting

We screen uploads, prompts, and outputs and act on reports. Violations may result in removal, suspension, termination, loss of tokens or payouts, and referral to authorities. Report violations from a model’s profile or to support@amazeaimodel.com.
