Talent License

1. Parties & role
This agreement is between you (“talent,” the licensor of your own likeness) and Amaze LLC(“Amaze”). Amaze provides the technology and marketplace and facilitates each license; Amaze is not your agent, manager, or employer and does not procure employment for you. Each license is a direct grant from you to a brand, documented on a license certificate.
2. Your likeness is yours
You retain all ownership of your likeness, name, image, and voice at all times. Nothing here transfers ownership of your identity to Amaze or to any brand. You grant only the limited, scoped rights described below.
3. License you grant Amaze
You grant Amaze a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to process your uploaded photos and biometric data to create, host, display, moderate, generate, and match your digital twin, to show it on the roster within the permissions you set, and to deliver licenses you approve. This license exists only to operate the service and ends when you remove your twin, except as needed to complete licenses already granted and to keep required records.
4. Self-only & your warranties
You represent and warrant that: (a) the photos are of you; (b) you are 18 or older; (c) you have the right to license your own likeness and to grant the rights here; and (d) your content does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate the Acceptable Use Policy. You may never upload or license anyone else’s likeness.
5. Biometric consent
Creating a twin requires processing biometric identifiers (facial geometry/embeddings). You provide separate, explicit written release for this (an electronic signature counts), recorded with a version and timestamp, as described in the Privacy & Consent policy. Amaze never sells, leases, trades, or otherwise profits from your biometric dataand never discloses your biometric identifier to brands; it is used only to render your twin. We permanently delete it when you remove your twin or revoke consent, and in any case within 3 years of your last interaction.
6. You control rates, approvals & scope
You set your own price and the usage you will and will not allow. Every brand request is shown to you before anything is delivered, and nothing is licensed without your approval. Each approved license is limited to the specific channels, territory, duration, and tier on its certificate.
7. Specific, knowing consent to each use (digital replica)
You acknowledge that your twin is an AI-generated digital replica of your likeness. Consistent with laws such as California AB 2602 and the New York Fashion Workers Act, your consent applies only to uses that are described with reasonable specificity in each license you approve. A general consent does not authorize unlisted uses. You have the right to consult counsel or a representative before approving any deal. Sensitive uses — including endorsements, political or advocacy content, and other restricted categories — require your explicit, documented approval for that specific use.
8. Uses you can refuse
You may decline any request for any reason. Certain uses are prohibited platform-wide regardless of a brand’s offer (see the Acceptable Use Policy), including defamatory, deceptive, adult, minor-depicting, hateful, or unlawful uses.
9. Pause & revocation
You can pause or remove your twin and revoke biometric consent at any time from your dashboard. Revocation is prospective: it stops new licenses and future processing, but it does not retroactively cancel licenses you already approved or a brand’s rights under a delivered license for that license’s remaining term.
10. Payment to you & the platform fee
You set your rates, negotiate your own usage, and are paid for licensing your own likeness.When a brand licenses you, the fee is collected up front and held until you accept and the brand releases. On release you keep your earnings (currently 85%); Amaze charges a 15% technology/platform fee for use of the system — a fee for the software and marketplace (like its subscriptions and tokens), not a sale of or a cut of your biometric data. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect and require completing Stripe onboarding and identity/bank verification. You are responsible for your own taxes and may be required to provide tax forms (e.g. W-9/1099).
11. Term, post-mortem & survival
This agreement runs while your account is active. It does not grant any post-mortem rights; consent ends with you and any continued use after death requires authorization from your estate or rightsholder. Licenses validly granted survive removal of your twin for their stated term. Ownership, warranties, and indemnity provisions survive termination.
12. Indemnity & protection
Each brand is responsible for, and indemnifies you and Amaze for, how it uses a licensed asset within and beyond scope. Amaze provides your evidence and recourse (identity verification, registered consent, C2PA content credentials, and a cease-and-desist tool) but is not liable for third-party theft or misuse (see the Terms).
13. General
